Returns are accepted within 15 calendar days from the date of delivery.
Product returns are accepted due to manufacturing defects or product anomalies.
No returns will be accepted for products that are used, in poor condition or damaged. It is essential to make the change that the product is kept in its original packaging.
Returns of products that are made outside the period of 15 calendar days from the date of delivery will not be accepted.
Right of withdrawal

The products must be in perfect condition, in their original packaging and unused. It will not proceed to the return of those products that are not in the same conditions in which the client received them or returns that have not been previously notified will not be accepted.
The collection costs will be paid by the seller in case of return of the purchase.
