EXCHANGES, PRODUCT RETURNS, COMPLAINTS AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In case of exchanges and returns, the user may contact through our website furgomania.com, in the “Customer contacts” section or by email: contacto@furgomania.com indicating the reason for the return, invoice number and the date.
This request must be made within a maximum period of 15 calendar days from the date of delivery.
The cost of the return will be borne by FURGOMANIA MOTOR ESPAÑA S.L.U.
Return Policy
Returns are accepted within 15 calendar days from the date of delivery.
Product returns are accepted for manufacturing defects or product anomalies.
Returns will not be accepted for products that are used, in poor condition or damaged. It is essential that the product is kept in its original packaging to make the exchange.
Returns will not be accepted for products made outside the period of 15 calendar days from the date of delivery.
Right of withdrawal
If the customer is not satisfied when they receive their order and for any reason, they have a maximum period of 15 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order to exercise the right to return the product in accordance with the conditions stipulated below:
The customer must notify through our website furgomania.com in the “Customer contact” section or by email: contacto@furgomania.com so that FURGOMANIA through the transport company can proceed to collect the product(s) at the same delivery address.
Products must be in perfect condition, in their original packaging and unused. Once the goods have been received in our warehouse, and after checking their condition, the amount will be refunded with the same payment method that the customer purchased, within a maximum period of 14 calendar days.
Products that are not in the same condition in which the customer received them will not be returned, nor will returns that have not been previously notified be accepted.
Collection costs will be borne by the seller in case of return of the purchase.
